Jim,

What is that dirt area between the camp area and the building? In this picture, it looks like there are some orange cones in the middle of that space.

Is that where we park our TVs?

Is that part of our area?

Can we put campers in that area?

That picture clearly shows the fire pit and the covered tables. That looks really nice. That area sure looks bigger that 70' x 70'

Change your mind Dee?

The area to the left in the 2002 Cal Coastline picture isn't available.  The area to the right and back is the main area about 70' squarish.  Then left of the shelter in front is a 30'x50' area.  Then behind the big tree are the 4 paved parking spaces.

Do you know what those 2 white boxes are, on the right side of the area?

Horseshoe pit backboards.

The picture you linked to is circa 2002.  Here's the 2006 image from Ken Adleman's California Coastal Records Project.

That's a great picture. With the vehicles in there, you get a better perspective. It looks to me that there should be plenty of room for 10 campers :-() , as long as some people don't mind parking there TV elsewhere :sombraro: .

I put an invitation out to the folks over on PUX.

hatlet

did you ask if we could park the trailers where the tents are set up?

kimrb266

Only 2 more sleeps

For the potlucks, we're going to bring freshly baked, homemade (out of a box) blueberry muffins, cinnamin bread for breakfast and greenbeans with almonds for dinner.

See you there!!!!

wavery

We won't be able to get there until about 7:30-8:PM on Friday.

Save us a spot. As I said before, we don't mind parking our TV somewhere else. However, I would like to be able to open our awning :sombraro: .

With a little help, we can even wheel our trailer into a hard to get to spot :p .

Can't wait to get going. :sombraro:

I'm going to try and get there about noon, but may be delayed.  Several little glitches like needing to get Melissa to the doctor for an ear infection and oh by the way I haven't started packing yet.

With only six of us I think we can just wing it for the site layout.

When you get there just say you're with James White at the Group Site.

See ya tomorrow.

Jim

We're all loaded (except the stuff that we forgot :p ).

I have to sneak stuff down to the garage a little at a time. If I don't, Doofus gets excited :yikes:  and there's no living with him :eyecrazy:  :banghead: .

Save us a spot too!  A nice "awning friendly" spot perhaps?

We will be leaving after I go to work all day, drive home during rush-hour, do some final packing, and hitch up.  We should be there between 8:00p.m. and 10:00 p.m. depending on the traffic we hit on the way down there. :)

We will be leaving Beverly Hills at 5:52PM (when Carolyn gets home). Maybe we'll see ya on the road. Give us a call when you leave. We may hit the 405/5 interchange about the same time.

Hopefully we will leave S.D about 1:00 p.m.  We will try not to hog space but we will be the largest one there.  I think!
