Against my better judgement, :sombraro:  my wife is looking into it as we speak...the problem is that Dee said that they would hold it until 10 today but the website said that reservations open at 12. She called and left a message and sent an email as well. I told them what site we wanted and that we were with sccampers. Hopefully we will get what we want.

My wife tried to call this morning, and ended up leaving a message.  She called a again a little while ago, and the lady said she couldn't help because she was busy checking people in, call back around 1.  Hopefully they will still have spots near the group by then

Yeah! We have a mini-rally. It'll be nice camping close to home and not having to travel for 1-2 hours to get there.

well being that it is MEMORIAL Day and NOT Labor Day we should be just fine

I have updated page one with the Troy Club rules. You may pack lunch, snacks etc, just no glass. they have a soda machine and they sell Ice cream. They also have 2 brand new BBq's

I have it reserved from 12pm -3pm, if nobody signs up for the 3:30-6:30 shift we can stay in the gazebo. If someone wants it, we can still stay and swim, but have to move to other tables & chairs. This is a membership club and This is my third year. It has never been overly crowded. They do have one or 2 staff members (late teens) overseeing the pool, but again they are not lifeguards, they mainly make sure the kids are safe on the diving board etc.

I was ordering some stuff from oriental trading and I ordered a cute craft kit for the kids. I also will bring Glue dots which makes it even easier...

also I was at the swim club today with friends of ours. (that's whose name is actually on the Gazebo for subday) and they suggested BBqing some carne asada or I gues Costco has beef & chicken kabos... I thought Him & I would get the meat and everyone else can bring something to go with it...

Wow....I can't even think that far ahead right now!  Good job!!  Anyway, it all sounds great!
