just throwing out some ideas here:

do we want to do our traditional Sat morning potluck & Sat nite pot luck

since it's a small group do we want to do a "theme" potluck for Sat and all bring something to make a complete meal

do we want to BBQ your own meat bring a side dish potluck

any other ideas??

also don't forget firewood

besides the traditional cactus coolers, I will have stuff to make Bombsicles Viqueen turned me onto..Dan even likes them....maybe too much :eyecrazy:

We're in for swim club and Saturday potlucks. Since we'll be at the pool Saturday afternoon, I vote for cook-your-own-meat and contribute side dish for Satuday night "potluck"

that's sounds like a good idea for Saturday...I will make pasta salad as a side dish..

I've been lazy lately on the breakfast thing, but for Mom I will make  Breakfast burritos  :sombraro:

BTW, Keep a close eye on your dogs. I heard a radio news story that reported how a bunch of kids are setting dogs on fire up in Lancaster. Ihope the authorities find them. That's beyond horrible. And sick.

Thanks for the info. I have only heard of one dog being set on fire. (and yes 1 is too many)  Haven't heard of multiple dogs. Sick, Sick, people in the world. Bear and Jellybean are well protected in the house.

Depending on the weather, we may be in for swimming.   Also, we can make a side dish and cook our own meat.

the campground pool is unheated, they rely on the sun to heat it...
and no one really inforcing rules. last labor day the group area had a large renessance group that were all in the pool in their clothes.

while the swim club has no lifeguard, there is a staff person there watching making sure kids are walking, and no jumping off the diving board on top of other kids. sometimes the have 2 staff people watching.

that is true, my point wasn't against them but the fact ANYone could have been swimming in their cloths,  I mean if you don't notice a bunch of people in medevil garb......just sayin' :rolleyes:
