If you're talking $140 for 4 days, that would make it about $45 a day for those that stay 3 days and $35 a day for those that stay 4 days.

we, like others, have TG Day obligations.



if we got a good group rate I would come in on Wed set-up and go home..That way I wouldn't have to do it Tday nite.

We would be up for a rally during Thanksgiving. :p We have done Thanksgiving Diner on a boat and camping numerous times. It can be a lot of fun to do it that way. The more days camping the better for us. If we are going to get evertything out and set up, we might as well enjoy it for as long as we can!

Ok I'm totally down for camping that weekend..as long as it's close

Kara has the whole week off and This year Kevin has Wed off so we can camp set-up, come home Wed nite, and come back Thurs nite..

Okay so who is going to choose the location?  We have a few votes for East Shore in San Dimas... Dee is that close to you?  We are totally in for that week!!!

I vote for Canyon RV Wednesday through Sunday of Thanksgiving week.

So it looks like so far we have 2 votes for Canyon RV and 2 votes for East Shore in San Dimas ;)

If we are going to do this at all it'll have to be at Canyon RV San Dimas is a little to far.  Just my vote.......

Actually, Carol, San Dimas is 5-10 miles closer to Apple Valley than Canyon RV. And you aren't coming in on the 91. You would take the 210 to San Dimas, a very nice freeway with lots of lanes.

we would be interested if the camp out was at East Shore in San Dimas. Been to canyon RV to many times and I enjoy trying new camp grounds out

Hoagie took the words right out of my mouth.  San Dimas is closer to Apple valley.  It looks a lot nicer and quieter.  I have never been there either.

Ok here's the deal I did a map quest on the miles to Canyon RV=79 miles
San Dimas=66.18 the price's are going to be about the same.... San Dimas does have a $3 dollar per day for pets and a $3 dollar charge for over two per site as I read it. If we get over 10 families going the price per day goes down.  The PLACE LOOKS VERY NICE and we have never been there. I do not know the break down on the driving  for everyone else I do know Canyon RV is very close for Dee and Lori .
This camp-out will be different because most of us want to go home for Thanksgiving proper then come back to the RV park for the rest of the weekend. However giving this a second thought those of us that want to go home for Thanksgiving Day could just come in on Friday then it really doesn't matter where we go.  Sooooooooooo fight it out SCCampers and we'll go where the majority want to go.
