First Annual Cioppino Cook Off!

Get you team together and enter your creation.

Rules:

- Minimum of two people, max of three per team

- Recipe must be from scratch
- All seafood will be the same for all teams (teams will pitch in for the seafood)
- Judging will be by ballot and will a blind taste.
- Anything else we can think of between now and February.

I wonder if Cioppino can be made in a Dutch oven?  Can you buy all the shell fish up at Olema?  The cooler could get pretty smelly:yikes:  if you bring it from home.

Can I try being an official taster ?  I love cioppino.

How about a "home made ice cream" freeze off?  The only trouble is that we would HAVE TO eat ALL of the ice cream or it would go to waste.  That might be cool.

Nick, as far as "cooking" ice cream...in most recipies you have to cook/heat the milk to make the custard base for the ice cream.
 
I have a great home made strawberry ice cream recepie.
