OK everyone, this is the part about wagonmaster that isn t fun.  I still haven t received checks from some of you.  If you could get them off in the mail to me soon, I would appreciate it.  If you need my e-mail address just click on the link next to our name or look back thru these pages and it is there too.  Thank you to everyone who sent in your checks already.  I know our rally is still 7 weeks away but it will be here before you know it.
 
 Now is the time to start thinking about activities.  Lori is planning a pumpkin carving contest.  I was thinking of a halloween pinata (can never have too much sugar at Halloween[:@].  Can anyone else think of something fun?  I bet we could talk Cstars Joan into a childrens book time.  What do you think Joan??  How about t-shirts?  Would anyone like to volunteer?  If you can think of anything else just  Go for it" .

Just got an e-mail today from another family interested in attending our Rally.  W now have only " 1"  spot remaining.   Hooray.  This rally is going to be so much fun.  Also, 7 of the 16 spots are filled with new families.  Way to go!!!  
 
 I am really looking forward to meeting everyone.  Now all of you Ole  time PUTers will have to be on your best behavior, cause we want everyone to come back for another rally.[][]

 I think trying to get a few more sites, even if they re not with the rest of us, is a good idea.  We still have a little less than 2 months to go, and we might have some more interest as it gets closer.  Reserving more sites doesn t change the deposit they require, and since you pay the balance the day you arrive, if you reserve more sites and no one takes them, you can always let them go when you call to confirm the final number.  I think they give you until 2 weeks ahead of the rally date to let go of any sites that haven t been spoken for, but they were really lenient with me for the May rally, letting me confirm final numbers just a few days before the rally.  You may want to doublecheck with them if you call to reserve additional sites, especially since this is a big holiday time for them.

Let me know if you get more sites locked in and I will update the web site accordingly.  I just updated the site (welcome to the party, Kim!) as well, so check out the attendee and potluck pages, and if I missed anything, please let me know.
 
 I wouldn t mind chasing down the T-Shirts, I am sure there is someplace around here that will give me a good deal. The question is, is anyone out there  interested in putting together the graphic for the shirt?  Any volunteers? Any ideas?  A spooky forest with a popup, a jack-o-lantern, and a campfire maybe? I just cant seem to get the creative juices flowing......
